Theis cold-rolled strip is outstandingly suitable for all stamping, forming, drawing and deep-drawing purposes, for instance in the automotive industry and its suppliers, for door and window fittings, steel sheet and metal goods, electrical appliances, sections, pipes and tubes, for pressure-vessel engineering, nuclear engineering and all types of safety-relevant components.

drawing grades and steel strip in any tensile range required.

As a producer of cold-rolled strip, Theis controls the specific properties which you need for your particular application from selection of the starting material through the rolling process and up to and including the "cold-rolled strip" end product.

COLD-ROLLED HIGH-QUALITY AND STAINLESS STEEL STRIP

Theis cold-rolled strip is a bright flat product available in widths from 3 to 650 mm and thicknesses from 0.05 to 13 mm produced using the cold-rolling process from hot-rolled strip and distinguished from hot-rolled strip by significantly tighter tolerances, improved processing properties and superior surface quality.

Theis cold-rolled strip is used wherever ultra-tight dimensional tolerances, a range of surface types and optimum mechanical and technological properties and structures are needed. This applies, in particular, to strip thicknesses which cannot be produced by hot-rolling.

Theis cold-rolled strip - "Steel to meet your needs" - for our customers this means that we adapt to your specific processing conditions and provide you with the maximum quality standard.

This standard includes classical cold-rolled strip in accordance with DIN 1624/1544 and EN 10139/10140 and cold-rolled strip specialities such as surface-treated strip steels, corrosion-resistant grades, micro-alloyed steels, carbon and spring steel strip, special deep-

In addition to a clearly structured material flow in the cold-rolling mill, monitored and controlled by means of an ultra-modern production, planning and control system (PPC system), computer-assisted process-controlled production facilities and a certificated quality management system ensure the repeatable attainment of ultra-high quality standards.
