CHAIN-SAW TEETH


Sectional strip for chain-saw teeth is produced in alloyed steels. We develop the specific section geometry and delivery state on the basis of close coordination with the customer.

MOWER CUTTERS


Theis steel strip for mower cutters is produced from carbon steels or alloyed tool steels. The decisive factors are the defined edge types in the form of parallelogram, trapezoidal and rectangular edges. In addition, we also produce knife and cutter strip with a sectioned surface.

PRODUCTION

These sectional strip products are rolled to precision dimensional tolerances. The most important parameters are defined by a range of edge-shape geometries, various grades and strength levels. Edge section geometries for deddle carrying rods can, for example, be produced with a defined strength at the customer's request.

SKI EDGES

Theis has been producing sections for ski edges for decades. These products are available in hard-rolled and heat-treated carbon steel grades. Dimensions and section geometries are agreed individually with the customer.

 

 

TEXTILE MACHINERY

Theis produces special steels for textile machinery consisting of flat or sectioned carbon steels or martensitic stainless grades. Production of our sectional strip for ring travellers achieves ultra-high precision, in order to meet demands for precise meter weights and ultra-low imbalances.
